The staff were all especially helpful and caring and provided EXCEPTIONAL service. Everything was perfectly fine, including satisfactory breakfasts with bacon and scrambled eggs, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near shopping and railway station, and a cafe for quick meals/coffee. Soup restaurant Giraffe Stop was located 10 minutes walk away. The vibe here was quiet. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Nothing all excellent.

The guestrooms at Weisses Kreuz were absolutely delightful! The rooms were so cozy and comfortable, and I loved the fact that we could choose our own pillows. The free WiFi was a great bonus, and the safes added an extra feeling of security. It really felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had more cable TV channels. However, I understand that this is just my own preference and others may still enjoy the variety offered.

The hotel's location was great, very central, and within walking distance to many attractions. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a lot of options to choose from. Parking was also available, which was a relief.
The room was small and not very modern. the furniture was outdated, and the bathroom left a lot to be desired.

This hotel is a hidden gem, located in the suburbs of a charming Swiss town. The classic and cozy interior of the building gives it a traditional touch, while the cleanliness adds to its charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. One of the highlights is the complimentary private parking, which was a lifesaver for us as we were traveling by car. And let me tell you, the breakfast at this hotel is simple but absolutely delicious - a great way to start your day!
All was superb and couldn't ask for more from this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the town, close to the train station and on the Aare bike trail. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and nicely renovated. The breakfast was great with a good variety of cheeses, bread, and fresh croissants. The location by a stream in the town center was beautiful, and I enjoyed the festivity happening in the square.
Nothing all good.

Perfectly located for business travelers with a short walk from the train station and easy access to a forest park. The staff was friendly and the in-house restaurant served delicious food. The variety of cheeses, bread, and fresh croissants were a great addition to breakfast.
Some rooms do not match the advertised pictures and the wardrobe could be bigger. The rooms lacked air conditioning, and warm blankets made it difficult to regulate the temperature. The breakfast could have had more sweet bakery options.

The guestrooms at Weisses Kreuz are super cozy with pillow menus and free WiFi. I felt so at home, like I was sleeping on a cloud! Plus, having a safe in the room made me feel secure as a budget-conscious traveler.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV with satellite channels a bit unnecessary. But hey, some people might really enjoy it!
